1. Premium Raw Material Selection ,Deformation resistant, corrosion resistant, and rust-resistant
Quality starts with raw materials. We never use inferior materials and exclusively adopt high-quality raw materials to cope with harsh outdoor environments around the world, such as extreme heat, severe cold, coastal salt spray and intense ultraviolet radiation.
The base plates are made of high-strength aluminum alloy sheets, which are lightweight, resistant to deformation and corrosion, and rust-proof. They will not crack or deform after long-term outdoor exposure. For the surface layer, we select imported retroreflective sheeting in Engineering Grade, High-Intensity Grade and Super High-Intensity Grade. It delivers uniform reflection, long night visibility and strong anti-aging performance, ensuring clear recognition around the clock even in low-visibility conditions and complying with road safety standards globally.
2. Precise cutting, compatible with global standard specifications
In accordance with customer design drawings and international standard specifications, we use CNC equipment to precisely cut aluminum alloy base plates and retroreflective sheeting. We can customize round, square, triangular and various irregular-shaped signs.
The whole process is operated by CNC machines and followed by manual re-inspection. Dimensional deviation is strictly controlled. All products feature standard shapes and smooth burr-free cuts, perfectly fitting installation requirements for overseas engineering projects.
3. Meticulous Base Plate Pre-treatment to Eliminate Hidden Quality Risks
Smooth aluminum surfaces may cause the retroreflective sheeting to peel off easily. To solve this problem, we implement standardized multi-step pre-treatment procedures:
- Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust and oxide contaminants via professional cleaning;
- Perform uniform overall sanding to create a slightly rough surface, which greatly enhances the adhesion between the sheeting and base plate;
- Conduct secondary cleaning and dust-free air drying to guarantee a clean and dry surface.
This process fundamentally prevents common defects like bubbling, edge lifting and peeling in later use, and effectively extends the service life of outdoor traffic signs.
4. High-Precision Pattern Engraving for Clear & Standard Markings
We apply professional computer typesetting to adapt to texts, patterns, symbols and color specifications of different countries and regions. After double-checking the layout, fully automatic high-precision engraving machines cut the retroreflective sheeting into required patterns.
The finished patterns have smooth lines and neat text edges. Auxiliary patterns are supplemented by precision screen printing technology. Every sign features clear and standard markings that meet the traffic sign regulations worldwide.
5. Dust-Free & Constant-Temperature Lamination for Integrated Forming
The pre-engraved retroreflective patterns and screen-printed auxiliary graphics are evenly pressed onto the fully processed aluminum base plates with professional squeegees. Strict operation ensures tight lamination without bubbles or wrinkles, completing the integrated forming of traffic signs.
6. Comprehensive Finished Product Inspection to Ensure Export-Grade Quality
All finished products undergo rigorous multi-dimensional inspection before delivery. Key inspection items include surface flatness, adhesion firmness, reflective uniformity, dimensional accuracy and overall appearance. Defective products are fully eliminated.
